Job description

Contacting clients and acquiring shipping orders
Comprehensive order management, including carrier selection, preparation and control of documentation, order status monitoring and ensuring high-quality services and on-time delivery
Preparing quotes for clients
Building a database of clients and carriers
Reporting

Requirements

Very good knowledge of English and a second foreign language (French, German, Russian or another European language)
College/university degree; graduates or extramural students with majors in transport, shipping or logistics on their last terms
Goal-oriented attitude, commitment to work and a strong motivation to act
Ability to establish and maintain relations with clients
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
Ability to analyse information, plan activities and organise own work
Computer skills
